SHIPPING​

Domestic (United Kingdom) orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 business days from the original purchase date. Once fulfilled, domestic orders are posted on a 48hr flat rate tracked service. Please allow 1-2 business days for domestic deliveries (pre-orders excluded) once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and processed accordingly by the postal services.

Please visit the Royal Mail website for all updates on delivery status. Royal Mail delivery procedures/routes are out of our hands. We cannot provide any further information other than what is available via your tracking number/Royal Mail website. Once a 'proof of delivery' has been provided by Royal Mail we are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders left in letterboxes or doorsteps. Please contact Royal Mail for any queries as they will ask for details about the property that we cannot provide. If you have a safe place or a neighbour to accept any orders if you are not present, please provide these details in the 'note' section at the checkout.
